General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via our online shop. The provider is:

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation via email or by dispatch of the goods.

3. Products and Customization
Our rims (custom wheels) are manufactured according to individual customer specifications. The customer must carefully check the dimensions, colors, and designs before completing the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately. Payment can be made by prepayment, credit card, TWINT, or other payment methods specified in the shop.

5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the specific configuration and stock availability. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed upon as binding. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply in the event of defects. Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 5 business days of receipt. Damage in transit must be reported to the delivery company immediately.

8. Returns and Cancellations
No right of return for custom-made products
Since our products are individually manufactured according to customer specifications (custom wheels), returns, exchanges, or refunds are excluded.

According to Art. 40c lit. b of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products. This also applies to customers in the European Union in accordance with the EU Consumer Protection Directive.

Please check all configurations carefully before placing your order. We are happy to assist you in advance with any questions regarding compatibility or specifications.

Defects or transport damage:

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will review the case individually and find a suitable solution.

9. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Data protection
Your data is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Personal data is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties unless necessary for the performance of the contract.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the registered office of the provider, unless mandatory legal provisions apply to the contrary.
